Who I am
This site belongs to Jesica Talento Films, a wedding filmmaking practice based in Playa del Carmen, Mexico. For anything related to your data, write to jesicatalentofilms@gmail.com.
What I collect
Only what you send me. When you fill in an inquiry form I receive your name, email address, the date and location of your event, and anything else you choose to add, such as your venue, your Instagram or a message.
The site also collects basic, anonymous usage data through Google Analytics: pages visited, time on the page, approximate region and the type of device.
Why I collect it
- To reply to your inquiry and prepare a quote
- To plan and film your wedding if we work together
- To understand which pages people visit, so the site can improve
I never sell your data, and I never share it with anyone who is not part of delivering your film.
How long I keep it
Inquiries stay in my inbox and in the site database for as long as they may be useful. If we do not end up working together and you would like your details deleted, ask and I will remove them.
Your images
The films and photographs I make are protected by copyright and remain mine. I sometimes share parts of a wedding on this site or on social media. If you would rather your wedding stayed private, tell me and I will not publish anything.
Cookies
This site uses cookies for analytics only. You can block or delete them from your browser settings at any time, and the site will keep working.
Your rights
You can ask me at any time what data I hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Write to jesicatalentofilms@gmail.com and I will respond within two days.

If this policy changes, the updated date at the top of the page will change with it.
